Clint Sadler had an interest in solar and wind energy long before beginning his undergraduate study in engineering. 

In fact, the idea of harnessing power from these practically endless sources of energy intrigued him at an early age, which is probably what piqued his interest in the sciences to begin with. 

Clint graduated from Arizona State University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Soon after graduation, he began his career working for Honeywell as a systems and software engineer developing and designing flight controls and avionics for various military and commercial aircraft, as well as ground-based systems.

However, his early scientific “roots” continued to tug, so after 12+ years he resigned and started graduate school back at ASU. As a consequence, this early interest in user/consumer generated power came back to inspire him to focus his studies on Electric Power and Energy Systems.

Earning his masters in December of 2008, Clint Sadler is firmly positioned to apply his knowledge and expertise to the many benefits and solutions alternative energy offers.

Kurt Sadler graduated with a Master's Degree in International Finance from Thunderbird in 1986 and has since used his knowledge and expertise as a financial professional for over 20 years. He has been employed by companies ranging in size from a mid-sized global commodity trading firm to Fortune 500 financial firms.

Since his graduation with a B.S. degree in Agriculture from the University of Arizona, Kurt has had a keen interest and passion for the possibilities of renewable resources. Such interest has led him to work as a resource manager for the USDA doing holistic farm and ranch planning. His interest later matured into a passion for renewable energy sources resulting in his recent solar design and installation certification from Solar Energy
International and the inception of AES.
